Condolence & Memory Journal

To all the family,
My condolences, thoughts and prayers.
Mrs. Laughner was always friendly and kind to my sisters and myself when we were neighbors decades ago.
I am very sorry for her tragic passing and for your loss.
"Now if we are children, then we are heirs -- heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in His sufferings in order that we may also share in His glory."
Jean has shared in His sufferings -- and now She shares in His glory.
God bless and comfort you all.

Gene,
Jean was one of a kind. Going to PennBriar just won't be the same. I enjoyed her spunk and her personality so much.
I will certainly miss getting new recipes to try, as she was always sharing great recipes and prepared goodies to sample.
She is loved by many and will be missed by all of us.
May the Lord hold her tight in his loving arms.

Out thoughts and prayers are with all the family.

Love,
Meg, John, Jeffrey and Andrew

deepest sympathy for the loss of your mom,

To the family of Jean,

I was your Mom's hairstylist for years prior to retiring and moving to Arizona in Sept. 2016.
My sincere sympathy. I felt as if I knew all of you (some I had met at the salon - The Rage) Your Mom talked about all of you including her grandchildren and it always showed through how much she loved her family.

When your Mom came to my salon she would always stop by the Whole Foods Co-op and bring me lunch. Her kindness and thoughtfulness extended to everyone she met. On occasion your Mom would stop by my house or salon to drop off a new recipe she tried or some of her delicious Christmas cookies.

She had an energy and zest for life that is hard to find.

May you be comforted in your memories of an amazing Mom.

Jean will be missed by so many.

May God bless each one of you.

It is hard to imagine our lives without Jean Laughner. From grade school until now, your Mom has been a friend to our family and especially to my Mom Pat Hill. I remember all of us piled into our station wagon going to the beach in the summer. Your Mom always had a smile on her face when she saw me. I am so glad that we took her to Mass at St. George's on Christmas Eve. I love her and will miss her. I am sure she is in heaven planning dinner for all of us when we meet again. My deepest condolences to Lynn, Jimmie, Gene and Jennie.
